ANN ARBOR, MI-Chicago-based developer Joseph Freed Homes is hoping to begin construction on a $36-million, 93-unit condominium project in May.

The 10-story development, to be called Ashley Terrace, will be located at the corner of Ashley and Huron in Downtown. Kristine Gosselin, Joseph Freed Homes director of sales and marketing for Michigan, tells GlobeSt.com that the company will begin demolishing an office building on the existing site in April. "It's really advantageous to be located in Downtown Ann Arbor," Gosselin says.
