Bahn Heads Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield

DENVER-Tom Bahn joins Cushman and Wakefield of Colorado Inc. In his new position, Bahn will oversee the property and project management operations for a seven-million-sf portfolio.

DENVER-Tom Bahn was recently hired as managing director of asset services for the Denver office of Cushman and Wakefield of Colorado Inc. In his new position, Bahn will oversee the property and project management operations for a seven-million-sf portfolio of office and retail space.

Immediately prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bahn was the vice president of operations for the Denver Region of Chicago-based Equity Office Properties Trust. In that position, Bahn was responsible for the management of Equity Office’s Denver Region portfolio, which ultimately encompassed approximately 12 million sf in Denver, Phoenix, Austin, New Orleans and Minneapolis.
