In the Santa Monica lease, Lions Gate signed for its space at 2700 Colorado Ave. in a renewal that includes an expansion into a fourth space in the building. With this renewal, the entertainment company will occupy a total of 85,225 sf.

The 2700 Colorado building owner, TMW Management, was represented by Hunt Barnett, Rick Buckley and Chris Houge of Madison Partners. Lions Gate was represented by Lawson Martin and Jim Travers of Travers Realty.

In the Beverly Hills transaction, American Commercial Equities Two LLC bought a two-story, 17,728-sf building at 211 S. Beverly Drive from 211 Building Co. David Ickovics in Charles Dunn's West Los Angeles office represented both the buyer and the seller.

The office building is 100% occupied. Ickovics says that the buyer plans to eventually convert the building into a retail property.
