With this deal, CBS now occupies an aggregate of 253,316 sf on floors eight, nine, 10, 11, 13, 17 and 18. The building is also home to the offices of BMW, Ticketmaster, St. Luke's Roosevelt and the City University of New York.
"CBS is now the largest tenant in the building," says Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing for owner SL Green. Scott Gottlieb and Michael Laginestra of CB Richard Ellis represented CBS in the 12-year deal. Additional leasing information was not released.
