CBS Expands Presence at 555 West 57th St.

NEW YORK CITY-CBS Broadcasting inks a deal for 64,733 sf at 555 West 57th St. The network is now the anchor tenant and occupies 253,316 sf.

NEW YORK CITY-CBS Broadcasting Inc. has expanded its presence by 64,733 sf at 555 West 57th St. The site has been its home for approximately 15 years. Located at the corner of 11th Avenue, the 20-story property contains 975,983 sf and was built in 1973.

With this deal, CBS now occupies an aggregate of 253,316 sf on floors eight, nine, 10, 11, 13, 17 and 18. The building is also home to the offices of BMW, Ticketmaster, St. Luke’s Roosevelt and the City University of New York.
