SALEM, MA-The City of Salem is asking developers to come up with proposals for three properties, including a vacant waterfront site, which town officials would like to see redeveloped. The properties include the 11,826-sf Endicott School, which sits on more than a half acre at 110 Boston St. The school, which was built in 1920 and expanded in 1950, will be rezoned by the city to allow the property to be redeveloped for multifamily and commercial uses.

Also available for development are five parcels of land totaling 2.13 acres on Fort Avenue and Szetela Lane. They are located in a residential neighborhood near the waterfront and within walking distance from the downtown area.
