The Fresh Market is not the first retailer to sign on. Localbusinesses such as Quarry Wine & Spirits and Lee Cleaners havespoken for nearly 5,000 sf of space, and other deals are presentlyin the works with restaurants and clothing stores and a nationaldrugstore chain. "Finding the right grocery store to anchor theShops was a critical piece to the success of the project," statedThomas F. Obrecht, president of Obrecht Properties LLC. The entireQuarry Lake property ultimately will feature 225,000 sf of officespace and nearly 600 residential units.
