ATHENS, GA-Emory Morsberger and associates believe they have come up with what could become a new commercial real estate development hot spot, sources close to the envisioned project tell GlobeSt.com. Morseberger is a Lilburn-based developer involved with major Atlanta area commercial real estate developments over the past 20 years

The Gwinnett County developer has formed a 20-member Georgia Brain Trust to design a route over existing CSX Corp. rail lines that would run from 12 Metro Atlanta stations 60 miles northeast to Athens in Clarke County. Four of the 12 proposed stations are in Gwinnett County at Lilburn, Reagan Parkway, Lawrenceville and Cedars Road.
