According to Fairfax Countyrecords, the property--which has a current assessed value of nearly$32.6 million--last traded in 1997 for approximately $28.5million.
Located near the Capital Beltway in the Tysons Corner submarket,the site was developed in 1981. The seven-story building is 61%leased to Verizon/MCI through 2007. It is also home to MedStarHealth, Tera Research Inc. and other businesses that account forthe building's current 79% occupancy level.
