DENVER-Mike Easter, formerly the transaction manger for Apartment Realty Advisors, today announced his departure to join the Denver office of CBRE /Melody, where he will be a vice president in charge of the group's multifamily lending.
"Eric Tupler, who heads the office, was very persuasive," Easter tells GlobeSt.com. He joined ARA when Doug Andrews and Jeff Hawks, the most successful apartment brokers in Denver's history, founded the company nearly four years ago. Prior to that, he worked with Marcus & Millichap.
Easter tells GlobeSt.com that he had received his master's degree from the University of Denver and "was looking to make a change in the industry. I had kind of worked my way up at Apartment Realty Advisors. It's a small shop so I had no other place to go, and I wanting to take advantage of a different part of the industry."
