ARLINGTON COUNTY, VA-Metropolitan Park, an eight-phase,mixed-use endeavor masterminded by KSI Services Inc., is ready tomove forward now that the Arlington County Board has given thedeveloper the go-ahead to proceed with the project's second phase.The 300-unit luxury apartment building will be known as TwoMetropolitan Park.
When all is said and done, the entire 16-acre Metropolitan Parkcompound will consist of 3,200 multifamily residents and 100,000 sfof retail space contained within 10 high-rise structures. In itsentirety, the project will cost a reported $900 million torealize.
