Last year, Oak Brook-based Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc. paid $220 million for Hewitt Associates Inc.'s four-building, 1.2-million-sf campus on Route 22. That deal involved FORE Holdings, LLC, an entity related to Hewitt Associates, which is leasing back the space for $1.26 million a month.

Rreef's acquisition involves the employee benefits consultants' professional services building located in the Enterprise Point development to the west of Hewitt Associates' campus. About 125,000 sf is warehouse space, with about 97,000 sf of office space on two floors. Jeff Kahan, Steve Disse and Jeff Devine of Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Rreef, based in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.
