BALTIMORE-The Baltimore Sun has signed a lease for 25,600 sf of space at 9108 Yellow Brick Rd., a 96,800-sf industrial facility. The newspaper leased the space to further accommodate its distribution and home delivery operations.
NAI KLNB's Peter Dudley represented property owner FRP Development Co. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Sun. Further details of the transaction have not been disclosed. According to Delta Associates' Year-End 2005 Washington/Baltimore Flex/Industrial Market Report, the average asking rent for bulk warehouse space in Baltimore County is $4.50 per sf.
Located in the 156-acre Rossville Industrial Park, 9108 Yellow Brick sits on a five-acre parcel off the Baltimore Beltway in Baltimore County. The single-story warehouse was developed in 1992 and is also home to PSI Group Inc.
