BALTIMORE-The Baltimore Sun has signed a lease for 25,600 sf ofspace at 9108 Yellow Brick Rd., a 96,800-sf industrial facility.The newspaper leased the space to further accommodate itsdistribution and home delivery operations.

NAI KLNB's Peter Dudley represented property owner FRPDevelopment Co. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Servicesrepresented the Sun. Further details of the transaction have notbeen disclosed. According to Delta Associates' Year-End 2005Washington/Baltimore Flex/Industrial Market Report, the averageasking rent for bulk warehouse space in Baltimore County is $4.50per sf.
