DENVER-Frederick Ross Co., the oldest and largest commercial real estate brokerage company in Denver, recently handled 87,001 sf in lease transactions for a wide variety of companies and in several submarkets.

The largest of the seven deals was a 36,000-sf lease extension by Blish-Mize Co. at 3850 Nome St. The second largest deal was for 14,877 sf at 3950 Nome St. for Help Logistics, followed by a 6,150 sf industrial lease for Quicksilver Express Courier Inc. at 5301 Peoria St. All three deals were handled by Ross broker Jeff McClintock.
