Ridr Knowlton, LaSalle's regional leasing director, declined to disclose the length of the lease, its estimated aggregate value or the average asking base or gross rent. "I have to give you a no comment regarding any element of economics of the lease," Knowlton tells GlobeSt.com.

However, Roswell area office brokers familiar with the North Fulton County office submarket tell GlobeSt.com the lease is probably for at least 10 years at a minimum effective rent of $20 per sf. That would place the estimated aggregate value of the lease at about $20 million, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com. Black & Veatch and JLT are the other tenants at Stonebridge I.

Knowlton says the building is slated for completion this summer. Jones Lang LaSalle is the leasing, management and development agent for Sanctuary Park. The property is being developed at an estimated hard construction cost of $60 million, area construction sources tell GlobeSt.com.
