Verizon Wireless Signs 100,000-SF Lease at Stonebridge I

ROSWELL, GA-Verizon Wireless has leased 100,000 sf at the 150,000-sf, six story, Stonebridge I nearing completion at the 300,000-sf Sanctuary Park on Sanctuary Parkway here. The two-phased park is owned by the JP Morgan-managed Strategic Property Fund. Stonebridge I is a 93%-leased class A office building.

Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease for the owner. The Staubach Co. represented the tenant. Ridr Knowlton, LaSalle’s regional leasing director, declined to disclose the length of the lease, its estimated aggregate value or the average asking base or gross rent. “I have to give you a no comment regarding any element of economics of the lease,” Knowlton tells GlobeSt.com.
