Wheatley Enterprises Inc., which has called Aberdeen Tech Center home for the last eight years, more than doubled its occupancy at the property by expanding from 14,400 sf to 36,900 sf. Newcomer Battelle Memorial Institute, a global science and technology concern, signed a lease for 4,800 sf of space.
