Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of neighborhood and community grocery shopping centers, plans to open a Panda Express restaurant in the building. It will be situated next to an Outback Steakhouse.

Centerplace is in Greeley, which is 60 miles northeast of Denver. The 273,574-sf Centerplace is anchored by a Target. Other tenants there include a Great Clips, Blockbuster Video, and Subway. Regency Center owns 393 retail properties, some of which are owned in joint ventures. Its portfolio includes 50.8 million sf throughout the US. Since 2000, the real estate investment trust has developed 147 shopping centers.
