The location in the Platinum Triangle generated substantial interest in the project, according to Louis Tomaselli of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage, the listing agent for the development. Tomaselli was part of a Voit team including Mike Boomer, Mitch Zehner and Joe Miller, also of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, who represented Master Development in all of the sales at the Stadium Collection.

The Stadium Collection office park was built as a campus project in 1979. Master Development bought it as a rehabilitation and renovation project to offer the individual buildings for sale to owner-users. The 11 freestanding buildings range from approximately 4,500 sf to 7,300 sf.

In addition to representing the seller in the transaction, the Voit team also represented the buyers on half of the 11 building sales. The buyers included a diverse group of business owners that paid prices ranging from $1.2 million to $1.9 million.
