DENVER-On Target Mailing recently more than doubled its space to a total of 46,425 sf. On Target is a direct mail and fulfillment company that serves clients throughout the Front Range and beyond.
On Target had been occupying 20,500 sf feet at 11611 E. 51st St. for the past three years. It recently selected Grubb & Ellis to represent it in its search for expansion space for their growing business. Grubb & Ellis brokers Ron Webert and Mike Wafer assisted the company in negotiations for an adjacent space within their current facility, which is managed by First Industrial Realty Trust.
The company was able to expand in a short time frame into the adjacent 25,925 sf, representing positive absorption for the market. The space had previously been occupied by the Gard N Wise Co. Steve Smith with First Industrial represented the landlord in the transaction.
