The firm will invest $1.4 million in facilitating its relocationfrom its Warrenton, VA site in Fauquier County. Additional terms ofthe Log.Sec's lease agreement with building owner NextGen HoldingsLLC have not been disclosed. Space at NextGen Center is marketedfor $22 per sf.

Completed last year, NextGen Center is a two-story structurethat occupies a 3.5-acre parcel within the Innovation park. ITcompany ProLogic Inc. is also a tenant in the building. "PrinceWilliam County will be an excellent home for our corporateheadquarters," Log.Sec president and CEO Erik G. Thamm says. "Wehave immediate access to our government clients and can attract ahigh quality workforce with the knowledge and experience we need tosustain our growth and serve our growing client base."
