The firm will invest $1.4 million in facilitating its relocation from its Warrenton, VA site in Fauquier County. Additional terms of the Log.Sec's lease agreement with building owner NextGen Holdings LLC have not been disclosed. Space at NextGen Center is marketed for $22 per sf.
Completed last year, NextGen Center is a two-story structure that occupies a 3.5-acre parcel within the Innovation park. IT company ProLogic Inc. is also a tenant in the building. "Prince William County will be an excellent home for our corporate headquarters," Log.Sec president and CEO Erik G. Thamm says. "We have immediate access to our government clients and can attract a high quality workforce with the knowledge and experience we need to sustain our growth and serve our growing client base."
