Regent Partners Break Ground on $300M Mixed-Use Project

ATLANTA-Mixed-use high-rise enterprises are busting out all over Buckhead these days. The newest venture to break ground nine miles north of Downtown Atlanta is Regent Partners’ $300-million, 48-story office and condominium community. The 635-foot building is rising at 3344 Peachtree Rd.

The project is slated to have 500,000 sf of combined class A office and retail space, along with 99 condo homes starting at $1 million.

That undertaking is competing for sky-high honors with the Mansion, a $165-million, 50-story structure under construction. The 686-foot building is rising at 3376 Peachtree Rd., as GlobeSt.com previously reported. John A. Williams, for the former chairman of locally based Post Properties Inc., and Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot Inc., are co-investors in the Mansion.
