DENVER-Transwestern Commercial Services recently was awarded the leasing contract for the Chancery Building, long known as a building that is especially appealing to law firms. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to lease the Chancery, an exceptionally well-located property in the Midtown/Central Business District market," says Andrew W.
