DENVER-Transwestern Commercial Services recently was awarded the leasing contract for the Chancery Building, long known as a building that is especially appealing to law firms. "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to lease the Chancery, an exceptionally well-located property in the Midtown/Central Business District market," says Andrew W. Piepgras, a vice president with Transwestern. He notes it has some of the "highest covered parking ratios," in an area where parking on the street often is difficult.

James Moilanen, director of real estate for the Chancery Sentinel, LLC, is equally enthusiastic about the new partnership. "Our focus is to provide the best possible environment for small- to mid-size local professional firms to conduct their business," he says "The Transwestern team convinced us that they understood our customers and could deliver both value and professional service in matching future tenants up with our building."

The Chancery is a 217,247-sf office building at 1120 Lincoln St. in Denver. It features a law library, fitness facility, deli, outside patios, mountain views, a common conference room and abundant covered parking, as well as on-site security and management.
