Transwestern Secures Leasing Contract for Chancery Building

DENVER-Transwestern Commercial Services is awarded the leasing contract for the Chancery Building. The 217,247-sf office tower is located at 1120 Lincoln St. in Downtown Denver.

DENVER-Transwestern Commercial Services recently was awarded the leasing contract for the Chancery Building, long known as a building that is especially appealing to law firms. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to lease the Chancery, an exceptionally well-located property in the Midtown/Central Business District market,” says Andrew W. Piepgras, a vice president with Transwestern. He notes it has some of the “highest covered parking ratios,” in an area where parking on the street often is difficult.
