Asset Capital purchased the 46,800-sf, 21-year-old officebuilding at 4550 Forbes Blvd. here in the Washington Business Park.The company paid Derry Court LLC $6.5 million, a sum that includesan existing $4.5-million mortgage debt, for the 78% leasedthree-story property.
And in Laurel, Asset Capital shelled out $6.8 million, includingthe assumption of a $4.2-million first mortgage debt, for the43,800-sf office building at 7700 Montpelier Ave. MOR MontpelierLLC was the seller of the five-year-old single-story structure,which is fully leased to Johns Hopkins University for the next fouryears.
