Asset Capital purchased the 46,800-sf, 21-year-old office building at 4550 Forbes Blvd. here in the Washington Business Park. The company paid Derry Court LLC $6.5 million, a sum that includes an existing $4.5-million mortgage debt, for the 78% leased three-story property.
And in Laurel, Asset Capital shelled out $6.8 million, including the assumption of a $4.2-million first mortgage debt, for the 43,800-sf office building at 7700 Montpelier Ave. MOR Montpelier LLC was the seller of the five-year-old single-story structure, which is fully leased to Johns Hopkins University for the next four years.
