The firm joins FoodHandler, Inc. and the National Endowment for Multiple Sclerosis on the tenant roster at the 50,000-sf, three-story office. This deal brings the total occupancy at the property to 80%. Cook, Hall & Hyde will be relocating its operations, currently situated in East Hampton, to the Melville corporate corridor. Other details of the transaction were not released.

Developed by 50 Republic Road, LLC, 40 Marcus Drive is being marketed by the CB Richard Ellis father-son team of Robert Godfrey and David Godfrey. The duo negotiated on behalf of the ownership, while Gerry Guerra of Paragon Group acted for the tenant. Located just one block off Route 110, at the corner of Marcus Drive and Republic Road, 40 Marcus is close to the Long Island Expressway and offers covered parking as well as individually-controlled energy management systems.
