She has 13 years of experience representing institutional landlords. Abney has worked as an independent contractor since leaving Equity in 2000. At Equity, Abney oversaw a 2.3-million-sf, class A office portfolio; developed that firm's national customer relationship program; and was a Top Five producer for Equity in Atlanta for three consecutive years. At Hines, Abney was directly responsible for leasing and marketing a 1.7-million-sf class A office portfolio.
