ASHA's 225 employees, currently working at the 79,000-sf headoffice in Rockville and at a separate research building, willrelocate to the new campus. ASHA's new home will sit on aseven-acre parcel just off Interstate 270 at the intersection ofGude Drive and Research Boulevard, about eight miles from itscurrent locale at 10801 Rockville Pike.
Boggs & Partners is behind the design of the five-storystructure, which will be a LEED-certified property. ASHA plans tooccupy four floors and lease out the top floor. The building is ontarget to reach completion in October 2007.
