Hampton Inn Trades for $12M

FREDERICK, MD-Prince William Hospitality Investors LLC takes title to the Hampton Inn Frederick for $12.4 million. The 161-room hotel last changed hands in 1991 for $3.6 million.

FREDERICK, MD-In a $12.4-million deal, Prince William Hospitality Investors LLC just closed on it acquisition of the Hampton Inn Frederick. Frederick Donohoe Hotel Associates LP sold the 161-room hotel to15 years after having acquired it for $3.6 million.

The property has a current assessed value of $6.3 million, according to Frederick County records. Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC International represented both the seller and the buyer.
