Tech Firm Moves to Macomb County With Building Purchase

STERLING HEIGHTS, MI-Technology company Valentine Robotics Inc. expands its operations with the purchase of a 16,360-sf light industrial building. Brokers say the move represents a "glimmer of hope" for the future of the Macomb County economy, as it moves away from manufacturing.

STERLING HEIGHTS, MI-Technology firm Valentine Robotics Inc. will move into Macomb County with the purchase of a 16,360-sf building at 36625 Metro Ct. With the relocation, the firm will double the size of its operations, which is now located in an 8,100-sf facility.

The building was purchased from Roncelli Inc., which had previously been leased to another tenant. Tom Jablonski and Gary Grochowski, of L. Mason Capitani Inc., represented Valentine in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
