At Woodland Park here, Tishman Speyer is developing the184,000-sf Woodland Pointe, a six-story structure with five levelsof underground parking. Space is being marketed in the building,which will carry the address of 2260 Woodland Pointe Ave., for $38per sf. In Chantilly, a twin-building portfolio known as Plaza Eastwill grace the Westfields Corporate Center. Offering 123,400 sf ofspace each at $32 per sf, the five-story structures will sit at14291 and 14295 Park Meadow Dr.
