Polinger,Shannon & Luchs represented Bethesda Place LP, the owner of the315,000-sf 7700 Wisconsin Ave. Additional details of the leasetransaction have not been made available; however Polinger Shannoncurrently markets space in the building for $38 per sf.

Developed in 1990, the 11-story structure at 7700 Bethesda isnot far from the Capital Beltway to the north and Washington, DC'sFriendship Heights neighborhood to the south. Scheer Partners' JoviMcAndrew and Matt Brady were responsible for putting together thedeal for NorthMarq. "The real trick to this was finding a tenant tosublease their space that had the same timing and square footagerequirement," says Brady, "Our goal was to minimize the amount oftime between NorthMarq moving into their new space and a subtenantmoving into their old space."
