The 216,151-sf, multi-tenant warehouse, owned by San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp.'s US investment arm, has 196,650 sf still on the market at a negotiable rate. In the Carrollton area, comparable space, on average, brings about $3.50 per sf, according to a recent market report by Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.
