Distributor Inks Seven-Year Deal for Expansion Move

DALLAS-Burris & Associates will relocate a four-state distribution center in May to 93,917 sf of industrial space in Carrollton, taking the operation 10 miles to the north after 16 years in the same location. The move will add 33,917 sf of operating space.

DALLAS-A window distributor is temporarily extending its stay in 60,000 sf while awaiting the keys to 93,917 sf in the neighboring City of Carrollton. The next stop will be a seven-year layover before it’s time to reconsider the location.

Burris & Associates Inc. is remaining a short while longer at 1208 Viceroy Dr. in Dallas, where it’s had a regional distribution center since 1993. But in May, it will move 10 miles north to 2005 McDaniel Dr. as the final step in a yearlong search for expansion space, April Robert. associate with NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com.
