Seasoned veteran Bob Hagewood, a repeat heavy hitter on local rosters, has ended a 10-year run at the Staubach Co., most recently as one of its vice presidents. His new role is to help Stream build an industrial footprint, now up to 4.7 million sf with another 500,000 sf on the way in the coming months. "He comes over as one of the most senior guys," Chris Jackson, Stream's managing director and partner, tells GlobeSt.com. "We will be looking to him to help us with his expertise. We are working as hard as we can to grow that market."

Hagewood, with 11 years in the business, will develop strategies to build business in northwest Dallas and DFW International Airport submarkets. His team includes associates Michael Haggar and Forshey Hoobler.

Jackson says Hagewood's hiring rounds out the vice presidents' roster, at least for now in the industrial group. Also recently hired was Tom Dodge, who moved over from Trammell Crow Co., to join vice presidents Jason Moser and Kyle Valentine.

A Staubach contact didn't return a call seeking comment by publication time, but Hagewood stresses that the split definitely was amicable. He says the decision to change companies was based on "the exposure to different areas of the business, in particular the real estate investment side."
