"We're very excited to expand into Colorado and introduce a grand new look, feel and style of fitness centers," says Tom Hatten, president and founder of Mountainside Fitness. "Country Club Village is an ideal location for us, and provides our company with the opportunity to build a new building and begin establishing great relationships with the people there."
Country Club Village, a 20-acre infill site, will include 142,000 sf of banking and retail space in a pedestrian-friendly development. The $45-million development is being leased by Bob Bramble of the Frederick Ross Co. and developed by Mike Byrne and Tim Wiens of Wiens Byrne Realty Advisors.
"It's a pleasure to welcome Mountainside Fitness to Country Club Village as our newest tenant, and as the newest concept in fitness centers," says Byrne. "We're providing all of our tenants with an ideal location in a rapidly growing part of Westminster. We are surrounded by a high-end demographic, and are filling an important niche for the people who live in this area." Mountainside was launched in Phoenix in 1991. It now has seven centers in the Phoenix area.
