City Center West B was built in 1999. The sellers acquired the building in 2002 for $20.8 million, the same year it acquired the twin City Center West A office building for $21.67 million on behalf of T REIT and tenant-in-common investors. City Center West A was re-traded in August 2005 for $30.8 million.

Tenants at City Center West B include Bank West of Nevada, IBM, and Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. Occupancy was not immediately available.
