Transwestern Commercial Services was the exclusive agency on thetransaction, with Transwestern Asset Investment Sales Group's AndyStape, Bob Filley, Joe Friedman and Jamie Abrams working withTranswestern's Phil McCarthy and Keith Foery on the deal.
