Executive Center Sale Nears $13M

GAITHERSBURG, MD-The owners of Quince Tree Executive Center, 4630 Montgomery Ave LLC, have sold the property in a $12.6-million deal. The two-building office complex, which features an aggregate 72,200 sf of leasable space, is now in the hands of 806 Quince Orchard LLC.

Located at 806 & 818 W. Diamond Ave., Quince Tree Executive Center sits just off Interstate 270 in Montgomery County. The three-story structure at 806 W. Diamond was developed in 1985 and consists of 39,300 sf of space, while the four-story building at 818 W. Diamond was constructed two years later and consists of 37,500 sf of space. Separately, the properties have current assessed values of $3.9 million and $3.7 million, respectively. Tenants in the buildings include Bar-T Inc. and Cetrom Inc.
