Transwestern Commercial Services was the exclusive agency on the transaction, with Transwestern Asset Investment Sales Group's Andy Stape, Bob Filley, Joe Friedman and Jamie Abrams working with Transwestern's Phil McCarthy and Keith Foery on the deal.
