WASHINGTON, DC-The 90,000-sf retail segment of the mixed-useCityline at Tenley is leased to maximum capacity now thatTenleytown Hardware has committed to the last remaining 12,000 sfat the mixed-use locale. Newmark Knight Frank represented thetenant in the lease agreement with property owner and developerRoadside Development. Further details of the lease were notdisclosed.

Located at 4500 Wisconsin Ave., Cityline began as a Searsdepartment store in the early 1940s and became a Hechinger homestore in the mid-1990s; Roadside took over the property andredeveloped it four years ago. Now the historic building containsretail space, 200 luxury condominium residences and more than 200parking spaces.
