One of the new owner's first moves was to hire Trammell Crow Co. to lease and manage the four-year-old office building. Specifically, John Clark, Rob Lundin and Brett Bowman are leasing agents for the four-story building for Trammell Crow Co., which has a 24.4-million-sf management portfolio in the Chicago market.

Part of the purchase was financed with a $7.1-million mortgage from Allstate Life Insurance, according to documents filed with the Cook County Recorder of Deeds office. Asking net lease rates at the building are $14.50 per sf, according to Black's Guide.
