The 26-acre development site faces the Gulf of Mexico on Highway 30A, between Destin and Panama City in the Florida Panhandle. The two-story and three-story single-family homes have options to include two-story and three-story carriage houses priced from $1.15 million to $1.6 million, according to the developer. The condos will be offered in low-rise to mid-rise building at starting prices of $1.5 million.

Zol is also selling single-family home lots, averaging 40 feet wide by 70 feet deep, from $600,000 or about $214.29 per sf. The project's first phase covers the development of 49 single-family lots scheduled for completion by spring 2007. The second phase will have the same number of lots. The third phase of the development will consist of 37 lots, 105 condos, the town center and the retail-restaurant space.

Johnny Earles and Co. LLC is handling sales. Project consultants are McWhorter Architects PA of Seagrove Beach, Lovelace Interiors of Destin and New York-based architects-planners Hart Howerton.
