Fuddruckers was represented by Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services, and Steven Zavidow of the Goldstein Group, a retail brokerage firm based in Glen Rock, NJ. The owner of the property, locally based Roxville Associates LLC, was represented by Richard Schultz of Fidelity Properties LLC of Chatham.

"In addition to this lease, we are currently in lease negotiations for two other sites," says Bill Cook, operator of the new eatery. The signing marks the eighth restaurant in New Jersey for the Austin,TX-based chain, "and we are looking for additional new restaurant locations with the Goldstein Group.

Roxbury Mall, located near the International Trade Center in nearby Mt. Olive, NJ, totals nearly 650,000 sf. The property's major tenants include Staples, Kohl's, Shop Rite, Panera Bread and Home Depot.
