The center will serve as a gathering place for the study of the future of medical sciences, education and technology. It will be located at the crossover of Sycolin Road and the Dulles Greenway about 10 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.

"For a little over a year, we have been looking for the best location for our center," Inova executive vice president Rod Huebbers says. "The land being donated to us proves to be the perfect location." Development plans for the center are in the early stages. Further details on the project have not been made available.
