The lease for the 14,276 sf area is $30 per sf, net tenant electric, according to a spokesperson for Cassidy & Pinkard. Richard C. Tonner, Jr., senior vice president, and Kimberley A. Quirante, vice president, represented the owner Beacon Capital Partners LLC. Glen Meltzer of the Ezra Co. represented ISRI.
The office was purchased by Beacon Capital Partners LLC for its Fund II (Beacon Capital Strategic Partners II) in March 2004. The property contains approximately 412,000 sf of rentable office space.
