Before joining Wells, Reeder spent 19 years at real estate firm Taylor & Mathis, where he served as vice president of operations in the firm's Dallas office. Prior to that position, he managed properties and operations in Tampa, Miami, Orlando, Atlanta and Birmingham, AL. Tampa Commons, a 255,000-sf, 13-story class A office building, was acquired by Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II in 2005.

Bill Driver, Wells senior vice president of property services group, tells GlobeSt.com that Reeder will assist in the firm's effort to expand business in the Tampa area. "We're pursuing opportunities in that area and Mark will help us with that."

Prior to joining Wells, Dillon worked for Advantis Real Estate Services where he served as director of management services and was responsible for the commercial property management division for the company's Washington, DC, which included 30 buildings and three million sf. At Wells, Dillon will be responsible for One and Two Independence Square in Washington. These two buildings were acquired by Wells Investment Real Estate Trust in 2002 and contain a total of 949,000 sf.
