Paul Wolfson and Adam Shute of the Wayne office of NAI Geis Realty were the brokers and assisted both parties. John Adderly, in-house regional director in the Philadelphia office of Mack-Cali, represented the owner. This is Cranford, NJ-based Mack-Cali's only building in the Valley Forge center.

The lease takes occupancy in the building, which was constructed 15 years ago, to 70%, Adderly tells GlobeSt.com. "This submarket has been one of the slowest to recover. We think it's the premier building in the park, and we had a couple of big blocks of space that we weren't anxious to break up. This lease takes nearly the entire third floor, and the building's staggered design provides more than four corner offices per floor." He declined to disclose the aggregate value of the lease, but says the asking rental rate in the building is between $18.50 per sf and $20 per sf.
