Kaufman who has 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, was a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis. CBRE officials did not issue any comment by deadline.

Kaufman has acted as a leasing agent for several properties on behalf of the Trump Organization, including 767 Fifth Ave., 725 Fifth Ave. and 40 Wall St. He has leased 80 Broad St., 20 Exchange Pl, 100 Wall St. and One Broadway. He also provided consulting services to banks, partnerships, corporations and property owners. He arranged the sale and financing of properties, including the $50-million sale of 20 Exchange Pl., the $110-million refinancing of 45 Broadway, and the $115-million construction loan for the Pyramid Mall in Taunton, MA.

His client list includes Atlantic Mutual Insurance, Battery Park City Authority, Bear Wagner Specialists, Chapdelaine & Co., Dean Witter Reynolds, Ebasco Services and First Options of Chicago, Prior to working at CBRE, Kaufman was an executive vice president at Tishman Real Estate Services. Previously, he was a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield's Downtown office, where he specialized in tenant representation and agency assignments.
