The parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney On Ice and Disney Live! has occupied the building since its completion in 1989. Feld will occupy 78,000 sf in the building. Two restaurants, Shamshari and RingMaster, will occupy the remaining space. Studley's executive vice president Paul Schweitzer and managing director Stuart Diamond of Studley's Suburban Washington office represented Feld.

America's Capital Partners' holds 39 suburban office buildings in its portfolio. With this purchase, it has seven properties in the Washington, DC metropolitan region. "The acquisition of 8607 Westwood Center was an excellent opportunity for us to enter the Tysons Corner submarket of Northern Virginia," says ACP's Mid-Atlantic president Brian Katz.

Sells-Floto Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Feld Entertainment, purchased the building shortly after its completion in 1989 and has managed the property since that time. It put it up for sale in late 2005.
